The Buzzing Hives

Elias launched The Buzzing Hives to spend his summer doing something meaningful and hands-on. Inspired by his father’s beekeeping and Moroccan heritage, he said, “It felt natural to start my own honey business after graduating.”

He’s involved in every step, producing “raw, unprocessed” honey on family land near Sudbury with eco-friendly packaging, sold through local markets and online. His favorite part? “Watching the bees work together… it’s like bottling sunshine!”

Elias learned the craft “by helping my dad, reading books, and watching videos,” blending family tradition with self-taught skills to create high-quality, locally made honey.
