“My name is Maryam Mboutne Pemi, and I am 25 years old. I will be starting my studies in Chemical Engineering at Laurentian University this upcoming Fall. I am passionate about science, clean living and I truly care about the health of both people and their pets. That is why I created EcoSafe Cleaning Services that provides safe, pet-friendly, and eco-concious cleaning you can trust.”

Her business offers a range of services, including deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, laundry folding, garbage removal, and light yard work—all using environmentally friendly products that are safe for families and pets.

Maryam started EcoSafe to gain real-world experience and grow both personally and professionally. As a newcomer to Canada and a proud Black Francophone woman, she brings resilience, care, and community-minded values into everything she does. She loves building strong relationships with local clients and is grateful for the support of her family and the Summer Company team.
